Moelleux aux noix

INGREDIENTS

300g de chocolat noir (60% ou plus de cacao)

300g de beurre
250g de sucre semoule
125g de farine
100g de noix concassé
4 œufs
1 pincée de sel

PREPARATION

Faites fondre le chocolat dans un bain marie avec le beurre.

Dans un saladier, fouetter les œufs, le sucre pendant 10 à 15 minutes avec le batteur électrique ensuite ajouter les noix, le chocolat et beurre fondus et la farine tamisé en mélangeant avec une cuillère en bois.

Verser cet appareil dans un moule à bûche (ou rond ou dans des moules individuelles) chemiser de papier sulfurisé beurré.

Enfourner dans un four 180° pendant 1 heure. Laisser le moelleux refroidir 5 min avant de le démouler avec prudence.
Une fois refroidi, napper de chocolat fondu et décorer de noix.
