INGREDIENTS

500g de farine
125g de sucre
125g de beurre
1 sachet de sucre vanillé
½ sachet de levure chimique
2 œufs
Zeste d’1 citron
1 pincée de sel
150g de fruits confits
Décor
Chocolat noir
Chocolat blanc

PREPARATION

Dans une terrine, travailler le beurre et le sucre jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient crémeux.

Ajouter le zeste de citron, la vanille et les œufs un à un, quand le mélange est homogène, ajouter les fruits confits et la farine tamisée avec la levure.

Divisez votre pâte en 3 morceaux et roulez chaque potiron en forme de baguette.

Beurrez la tôle à pâtisserie et disposez vos baguettes suffisamment espacées. Enfournez et laissez cuire pendant 30 min au four chaud (entre 160° et 170°). Laisser reposer une nuit.

Le lendemain, faites fondre le chocolat et napper vos baguettes. Laisser figer le chocolat avant de coupez les baguettes en tranches d’une épaisseur de 1 cm en veillant à ne pas les briser.
